Bonus Terms and Conditions

• The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from any free bonus or free spins without a deposit will be 50 USDT or equivalent in cryptocurrency.
• The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a cashback bonus, a comp points bonus, a tournament bonus, any deposit bonus, VIP bonus, a weekly bonus, except for welcome bonus will be 10000 USDT or equivalent in cryptocurrency. Please note that any amount in excess will be forfeited prior to requesting a withdrawal. The time-frame set for reviewing each specific case is 14 working days.
• As soon as the deposit is registered in our system and the deposit amount covers any minimum bonus amount, a window will open where the bonus can be activated.
• When using an activated bonus, real money from the player's account is wagered first and then bonus money.
• You need to wager a certain amount to transfer funds from the Bonus balance. A wager is the total amount of money spent on bets. Each Bonus may have individual wagering rules which you can verify on the front side of the bonus card. The multiplier determining the required bet amount will be set separately for each Bonus.
• The minimum bet included in the Bonus wagering is 0.1 USD. The maximum bet included in the Bonus wagering is 5 USD.
• It is forbidden to use the Bonus balance to cheat the reward system. These actions will be considered fraudulent.
• Heatz.com reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or cancel any payouts or winnings associated with Bonus funds in case of suspected abuse of bonus offers.
• The Bonus should be treated as a "free bet". The Bonus cannot be treated as a cash equivalent. No monetary alternative, replacement, or transfer for any of the Bonuses is allowed, except for the cases described in these rules.
• Attempting to circumvent the rules and conditions of Bonus withdrawal will be considered a fraudulent abuse of Bonus offers. If the rules violation is detected, Heatz.com reserves the right to take appropriate measures, including the complete blocking of your account or the confiscation of funds won by dishonest means.
• The player can independently reset the Bonus balance. All funds on the Bonus balance and the amount in unfinished bets will be reset without the possibility of recovery. Heatz.com reserves the right to reset the Bonus balance and refuse the user to receive Bonuses in case of fraud. Resetting the Bonus balance is considered a reduction of less than 0.2 USD.
• You can use the Bonus balance only in selected casino games. There are available games for wagering with the Bonus balance in the All games tab in the “Bonus Wagering” category. The Bonus balance is not available for Sports Betting, Live & Table Games, Special Games, and some Slots.
• Bonuses (Rakeback, Cashback) are not accrued to the Bonus balance wagering.
• In case of loss of all Bonus funds, the bonus will be canceled.
• All the received winnings from the bonus rounds, free spins etc. will be credited to the bonus balance and your wagering requirements will be increased by won amount * bonus wager.
• Upon cancellation or expiration of the Bonus offer, the funds remaining on the Bonus balance will be debited.
• It is prohibited to abuse any Game rounds, Free Spins, any cumulative Bonuses, and Bonus games while playing with bonus funds. Any abuse of the above leads to blocking of the account with denial of services and confiscation of funds.
• If this violation is detected, Heatz.com reserves the right to take appropriate measures, up to the complete blocking of your account and/or confiscation of the winnings.
• If you have activated Bonuses on your balance, all of them, without any exceptions, will be canceled after any withdrawal of funds in the currency of the bonus from your Heatz.com account.
• Only one bonus can be active. Activating another bonus will reset all others.
• If you have activated Bonuses on your balance, all of them, without any exceptions, will be canceled after any withdrawal of funds in the currency of the bonus from your Heatz.com account.
• Heatz.com reserves the right to limit the issuance of Bonus offers without explanation and prior notice.
• The wager of the Bonus balance is not included in the total wager of the account and does not affect the progress in raising the Rank of the account.
• In case you lose the Bonus balance below the amount of 0.2 USD, then your bonus will be automatically canceled.
• The management of Heatz.com reserves the right to withhold or seize any bonuses or winnings gained as a result of fraudulent, otherwise unfair practices or technical defects.
• Bonuses offered by Heatz.com are intended for genuine recreational players only. The bonuses are not intended to give away free money to players classified as “bonus hunters” or “bonus abusers”. The Vave management will review all player accounts and classify them at their discretion. In the event a player is classified as a “bonus hunter” or “bonus abuser”, all winnings and bonuses will be voided.
• Using bonuses to play games with accumulated benefits in the course of gameplay (Ex: Free Spins meters or other game features unlocked following some gameplay) and coming back to the game following the zeroing-out of the wagering requirements to trigger or unlock the feature and collect the accumulated benefits or related winnings - in this case all winnings and bonuses will be voided.
• It's forbidden to postpone any playing rounds, including free spins and bonus rounds, for the time when you no longer need to play the bonus through and/or make new deposit(s).
• It's prohibited to use bonus funds purely to progress through bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to get the bonus feature) and then the final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to get the bonus feature), switching to real money bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or cleared and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.
