Accounts and Payouts

At Heatz.com, players can win rewards or bonuses in the following ways:

• Participating in Heatz`s regular promotions and/or tournaments
• Being a part of the Heatz VIP Program

All rewards that a player wins come without any wagering requirements. Heatz does not offer deposit or welcome bonuses.

Depending on the promotion or tournament, there are 3 types of bonuses/rewards that players can get:

• Free spins - free rounds on a game
• Rakeback – a percentage of a players rake (house edge) refunded to you
• Weekly and Monthly Bonus - cash that is added to your Balance, as a reward for playing on heatz, based on your Bet amount in the time period

Players can find bonuses/rewards that are available to them in the Rewards tab. Hatz.com may change or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion at any given time.

Heatz Level System

Players receive level points from real money bets on the games that they play. There are different loyalty levels that players can reach, all of which give milestone rewards that are tailored to the player’s gameplay.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals cannot be made when a player has an active bonus/reward. To make a withdrawal, an active reward/bonus has to be completed. The player also has the option to forfeit or cancel his/her bonus if they wish to do so. Players can check and forfeit active rewards under the Rewards tab of their player account.

All games by Evolution Gaming cannot be accessed if a player has an active reward in their account.

Reward abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Breaching Terms & Conditions of a reward, cash reward or other promotional offers;
• Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple rewards;
• Allowing a person other than a player himself to place bets on his account whilst a reward is active.

If reasonable suspicion, or proof, exists that the account holder has been found in violation of these reward terms in the form of reward abuse, either individually or acting as a group, Heatz.com reserves the right to forfeit the reward and any winnings from that reward, remove funds related to this reward, block the player from accessing certain products, exclude the player from any future promotions or terminate the player account with immediate effect.

Using methods, techniques or software which allow a player to gain an edge over other players and/or the reward system are prohibited and considered abuse. All rewards are meant for non-professional and entertainment purposes only.

By enabling a reward or using reward funds for play, a player has accepted and agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions and any other requirements or conditions stated in the promotional material and the General Terms and Conditions.
